I'm kinda surprised Portland is at 15. It's tough to say whether they're getting over-hyped this season or not, but 15 seems pretty low. I probably don't know enough about some of these teams to make a great judgement, but Oakland? Old Dominion? I'd also say Akron and Portland are close to a wash, having seen both teams last season.
